- A membership card is a physical or digital card that proves a member's membership with the organisation.
- How this card can or cannot be used may differ depending on membership tier as explained in the catalogue.
- The price offer of any hotel or packages shall be compared from any travel agency's offer or from hotel offer, but in no case with any contracted offer assigned to an individual company.
- All the grievances, if arises, shall be felicitated in the jurisdiction of the court of law in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India only.
- The membership fee structure shall be changed by the sole discretion of the management of the company.
- The company shall not honour or accept any online offer based on any credit card attached discount. In such cases we shall tally or compare price from all portal offers to conclude the price of a particular stay, as this particular offer has to be booked through a particular credit card only.
- All packages or booking calculation amounts shall exclude any taxes and government levy as applicable.
